To secure your ticket purchase in case you can't attend for personal reasons, we recommend you purchase the optional ticket insurance that will be offered before checking out.

A ONE-TIME TRANSFER IS AVAILABLE (for the person who is registered on the ticket) if they are unable to attend. You simply need to contact TCU box office by November 10th, 2026 to change the name and contact information for registration. It is the ticket holder's responsibility to make these arrangements and changes by the date specified, as whoever purchases the ticket owns it unless transferred.

THERE WILL BE NO SAME-DAY CHANGES AT REGISTRATION. 

We want to keep the registration process as easy as possible for everyone. This is why all guests' names and email addresses must be confirmed by November 10th. No changes can be made after that date.  

No, this is a full-experience event. At registration, you will receive a wristband that must be worn from registration to the program's end. You will need your ticket for scanning and your wristband to enter the theater.  NO EXCEPTIONS AND NO WRISTBANDS WILL BE REPLACED. Think of it like going to an all-inclusive resort, without your wristband, you can not get your drinks or meals... in this case, without your wristband, you can not enter the theatre to take in the conference, and only one is issued to the person at registration.

* We recommend that you get a commitment for your group of 4 for the time of purchase. You will need the full name, email address, and phone number of every guest. 

However, we understand that you may not know exactly who the four attendees will be. If that's the case, you may still purchase a bundle of four to get the discount, but by doing so, you understand that you are responsible for the full group price and therefore own those seats. 

Once purchased, the person who is registered owns the tickets and only one time can make a transfer to another if not attending. See policies in question 1. 

When you purchase your ticket you are purchasing within a section, not a specific seat in that section. At registration, each attendee will get a LEAD Conference colored wristband that designates which section they are to be seated in. THIS WRISTBAND MUST BE WORN AT ALL TIMES TO GET ACCESS TO THE THEATRE, AND YOU MUST SIT WITHIN THE SECTION YOUR TICKET WAS PURCHASED IN.

We will open the doors, filling the front of the room to the back with ushers/volunteers, only allowing guests into the section they have purchased tickets for and who have the appropriate colored wristband.

*** We encourage early arrival for those enthusiastic to sit in the front seats of the section, and are asking everyone to be courteous and not to save seats for others. This is a first-come, first-seated opportunity; however, there is a seat for every person who purchased within that section.

On April 29th, tickets are open to the public and sold by section with specific ticket pricing for that section.

Thursday, November 12:

We have an added bonus experience for all LEAD 2026 guests for ease of checking in at registration, shopping the LEAD store, and deeper connection opportunities with other guests. 

On Thursday, November 12th, in a private space on the lower level of TCU Place, you are invited to check in between 4 and 8 pm. 

At 6 pm, all guests in attendance are invited to be part of a facilitated and fun connection experience called "Speed Friending". 

Then, after that closes, you are invited to further the connection across the street at the Holiday Inn Downtown Hotel restaurant to meet up with Corliss and some members of the LEAD 2026 Committee from 7:30-8:30 pm.

Friday, November 13: 

Registration and check-in continue from 9 am- 12:15 pm 

Come as early as you can to check in, connect with other attendees, shop the vendors, and be ready for doors to open at 12:30 pm!

We highly recommend you make all the necessary arrangements to ensure you can be fully present for your conference experience.

Take precautions to arrive in plenty of time (even considering weather conditions), arrange childcare, and make any other necessary arrangements in advance to get full benefit from your investment.

The Conference is planned to begin on Friday at 12:30 to give you time to travel in, have lunch, get registered, and meet other attendees in the meet & greet areas before the program begins. After a full afternoon on Friday, we will end by giving you the evening to enjoy, reflect, and perhaps connect further with guests of the conference.

We recommend you do not stay out too late to join in Saturday fully rested and ready to embrace the entire experience. By ending at 5 pm, we are accommodating all those who need to get home, but also recommend you consider an evening for yourself, perhaps even a Sunday morning of relaxation before heading back to normal life. Allow yourself space to let the experience "sink in." 

The conference agenda is designed with a flow and process. To ensure the experience is positive for every guest, we will close the doors promptly when the program begins and ask guests to remain in their seats (unless its an emergency) until a break or the program ends. With no center aisle in the theater, people moving into and out of seats disturbs other guests so we are asking for consideration that if you feel you can not remain in your seat during the program to choose an end seat. With the goal of our program beginning and ending on time, vendor shopping will be closed at the designated times (approx. 15 minutes before the doors open)

Come with an open heart and mind... and resist the urge to think "I already know this…" 

The more you immerse yourself in the experience, and fully participate (even if uncomfortable- speaking to the introverts here), the more you will gain from your experience. 

It is proven that taking notes will help you retain information and gives you a point of reference after the conference is over. 

No outside food or beverages are allowed.

Included in your registration is coffee and tea on Friday and Saturday morning. Water will be refilled and available by TCU staff throughout the conference if you wish to bring a refillable water bottle.

There is a coffee shop on site open for most of the conference hours. 

On Saturday, there will be a full 90-minute lunch break for you to head back to your hotel, head to the attached food court in The Midtown Mall, or reserve a table at a nearby restaurant. 

There is indoor access direct from TCU to the mall, so this is a great option for a convenient, delicious, and cost-effective lunch. Invite a new friend to join you!

You are welcome to have lunch however is best for you, but please do not be late returning, as the minute the program begins after lunch, you will want to be in your seat! You don't want to miss what is planned by arriving late. 

There will be one approx. 30-minute break Friday mid-program and a 90-minute lunch break at approx 12:30 on Saturday. 

If for any reason you need to leave early we ask you to choose an outside edge seat to not disrupt other attendees enjoying the full program. Likewise, if you are someone who may need to exit during the program we suggest a seat near the edge so that you can exit as required.

Every section is rush seating so when choosing your seat within the section, please take into consideration other people and sit where you can exit without disrupting the program or other guests. 

If you arrive late, you will not be permitted into the theatre during a presentation, only between speakers, and will need to choose a seat that is left over in the section you purchased within. 

There is no option to purchase only one day. This is a full immersion experience and we highly recommend you commit to the full program. Make the commitment to yourself and- do this for you.  

We have two host hotels for LEAD 2026. Both are very close to the venue and offer a discounted rate when booking through the block. Refer to the section of this landing page for full information to book. 

Midtown Plaza has generously sponsored parking for every guest of LEAD 2026 Conference. Details will follow. 

You are attending this conference accepting all the risks involved. Some of the content, stories or presentations may trigger you emotionally, mentally, spiritually to even physically and you must ensure you are prepared to accept those risks. Please seek the professional help and support you require. 

You are welcome to take pictures without flash or record short video clips to capture the memories of your conference experience. 

However, recording or live streaming is strictly prohibited.

Please note, there will be professional photographers and videographers on site the entire event, capturing the experience for future marketing and promotion purposes. 

Rush section seating means seats are assigned on a first arrive basis. Please be respectful of everyone attending and gather your group to enter the theater together.

We are also asking guests to not leave individual seats open as we expect to be at full capacity.

If, for some reason, you are not seated with your friends, take it as an opportunity to meet another like-minded conference attendee looking to LEAD their life.
